§ 15.11. Service by United States government employees.

No person otherwise eligible, shall be disqualified, by reason of his accepting or holding employment, an office, post, trust or emolument under the government of the United States, from serving as an officer or employee of the city, or as a member, officer, or employee of any body, including but not limited to the council, any board, commission, authority, committee or agency.
