§ 3.02. Compensation of the council.

Members of the council and the mayor shall receive in full compensation for their services the rate of compensation set by ordinance, except that no such rate of compensation shall be increased to become effective during the term of office of the members of council and the mayor in which the vote to increase the compensation is cast.
