§ 5.01. Department of finance.

Latest version.

There shall be a Department of Finance, which shall include the functions of accounting and control, purchasing, and such other functions as may be provided by ordinance. The Department of Finance shall include all the functions of the administration of the financial affairs of the city, including the powers conferred and duties imposed by §§ 5.04(i), (j), (k) and (l) of this charter.
