§ 6.02. Submission of budget.

The city manager shall submit to the council a general budget, a capital budget and an explanatory budget message in the form and with the contents provided by this chapter at such time as the council may by ordinance require. (Acts 1970, ch. 492; Acts 1981, ch. 512, Sec. 1)
