§ 8.05. Removals.

Latest version.

No employee in the service of the city appointed by the city manager shall be removed from the service except for due cause shown in a written statement to such employee made by the city manager. The decision of the city manager in all removals shall be final. The city manager may delegate the authority granted by this section to any officer or employee of the city appointed by him.
