§ 8.08.1. Supplemental salaries for department of public health employees.

The council shall have authority to enter into agreements with the state department of health to supplement the salaries of the department of public health of the city. Such supplement shall be in accord with the pay plan adopted pursuant to this chapter. (Acts 1968, ch. 510, § 1)
