§ 10-3-7. Driving on sidewalks.

  • No person shall drive any vehicle, including mopeds and motorcycles, upon any sidewalk except while actually crossing the sidewalk at a temporary or permanent driveway. As used in this section, "sidewalk" means any public sidewalk or pedestrian walkway, park, square or plaza in the city; and any private sidewalk or pedestrian walkway, park, square or plaza in the city to which the general public is regularly afforded access by easement, invitation or license.
