§ 10-3-1079. Prohibiting use of devices on motor vehicles to detect presence of radar upon highways or operation of motor vehicles so equipped or sale of such devices.

Latest version.

Pursuant to the authority granted by section 46.2-1313 of the Code of Virginia (1950), as amended, section 46.2-1079 of the Virginia Code, as amended, which prohibits the use or sale of radar detection devices, is hereby adopted and incorporated in its entirety into this chapter as if it were fully set forth herein.
