§ 10-3-707. Operating uninsured motor vehicle without payment of fee; furnishing certificate of insurance; false evidence of insurance.

Pursuant to the authority granted by section 46.2-1313 of the Code of Virginia (1950), as amended, section 46.2-707 of the Virginia Code, as amended, which relates to operating an uninsured motor vehicle, is hereby adopted and incorporated in its entirety into this chapter as if it were fully set forth herein.
