§ 10-3-862. Same—exceeding speed limit.

Pursuant to the authority granted by section 46.2-1313 of the Code of Virginia (1950), as amended, section 46.2-862 of the Virginia Code, as amended, which defines exceeding the speed limit by 20 or more miles per hour as reckless driving, is hereby adopted and incorporated in its entirety into this chapter as if it was fully set forth herein.
