§ 11-11-132. Pool operator.

All interactive water feature facilities must be operated under the immediate control of a pool operator holding a valid pool operators certificate. An operator is not required by this section to be present at the interactive water feature facility at all times, but must be immediately available to the facility in case of emergency. (Ord.
