§ 11-13-7. Enforcement.

Any city law enforcement officer, duly designated sworn special police officer, the director of transportation and environmental services or designee, the director of public health or designee, the director of code administration or designee, or the chief fire marshal or any deputies, is authorized and shall have authority to enforce all provisions of this chapter.
