§ 11-6-16. Rules and regulations.

The code official is empowered to adopt rules and regulations to aid in the construction and enforcement of this chapter which are not inconsistent with the terms and provisions hereof. It shall be unlawful for any person to fail to comply with such rules and regulations. (Code 1963, Sec. 26-16; Ord. No. 3931, 6/14/97, Sec. 1)
