§ 11-6-18. Compliance with chapter.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to fail, neglect or refuse to comply with the provisions of this chapter. Unless otherwise provided for in this chapter, any person violating any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not to exceed $100. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense. (Code 1963, Sec. 26-17, as amended by Ord. No. 2428, 1/8/80, Sec. 5)
