§ 12-7-16. Voluntary arbitration.

Any consumer complaint may be submitted to voluntary arbitration pursuant to section 8.01-577, Code of Virginia (1950), as amended, if the complainant and party complained against agree to such proceeding. The city's consumer affairs commission or the city's local office of consumer affairs established by this chapter may, if called upon by both parties, serve as arbitrator. (Code 1963, Sec. 2-165)
