There is hereby established under the city manager an office of the government of
the city to be known as the Alexandria Agency on Aging. The head of the Alexandria
Agency on Aging shall be the executive director, who shall be appointed and removed
by the director of the department of human services. The director of the department
of human services shall organize the agency on aging with the advice and recommendation
