§ 2-3-3. Directors—Appointment; removal; qualifications.

There shall be a director of each department established by section 2-3-1, who, unless otherwise provided by law, shall be appointed and removed by the city manager as provided by law. The director of each department shall be qualified by appropriate training and experience in the functions performed by the department and as further specified by administrative regulations.
