Any consumer or service provider violating the provisions of this article, and any
officer, agent or employee of any service provider violating the provisions of this
article, shall be deemed guilty of a class 4 misdemeanor. Each failure, refusal, neglect
or violation and each day's continuance thereof shall constitute a separate offense.
A conviction for violation of this article shall not relieve any person from the payment,
collection and remittance of the tax as provided in this article. (Ord. No. 4164,
