§ 3-2-7. Unlawful acts.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person when required by this chapter, to knowingly give false information to the director.

(b)

Any person violating the provision of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $300 or by confinement in jail for a period of not more than 30 days, either or both.
