§ 3-2-21. Definitions.

For the purpose of this article, the following words shall be defined as follows:

(1)

Bank. As defined in section 58-485.01, Code of Virginia.

(2)

Net capital. A bank's net capital computed pursuant to section 58-485.07, Code of Virginia. (Code 1963, Sec. 36-20.1, as enacted by Ord. No. 2470, 5/21/80)
