§ 3-2-111. Establishment of the Northern Virginia Cigarette Tax Board.

(a)

The resolution adopted by the city council on July 14, 1970, pertaining to the establishment of the Northern Virginia Cigarette Tax Board is hereby continued in effect and made a part of this article by reference.

(b)

Any inconsistencies between the powers granted to the board in the resolution adopted by the city council, dated July 14, 1970, and herein incorporated by reference, and the powers granted to the board in section 3-2-108 of this article shall be resolved in favor of those provisions in section 3-2-108.

(c)

The board's fiscal year shall be from July 1 through June 30. (Code 1963, Sec. 36-57)
