§ 3-2-214. Application of other provisions of title 3, chapter 2.

The provisions of title 3, chapter 2 of The Code of The City of Alexandria, Virginia, 1981, as amended, applicable to real estate assessment and taxation shall be applicable to assessments and taxation hereunder without limitation, provisions relating to tax liens and the correction of erroneous assessments and for such purposes the rollback taxes shall be considered to be deferred real estate taxes.
