§ 3-3-66. Evaluation factors.

(a)

The request for proposals shall state the relative importance of price and other evaluation factors.

(b)

Best value concepts may be considered when procuring goods and nonprofessional services, but not construction or professional services. The criteria, factors and basis for consideration of best value and the process for the consideration of best value shall be as stated in the request for proposals. (Ord.
