§ 3-3-94. Finality of decision.

A decision under section 3-3-92 of this chapter shall be final and conclusive, unless the debarred or suspended person within 10 days after receipt of the decision takes an appeal to the city manager. (Ord. No. 2757, 1/22/83, Sec. 1)
