§ 3-3-132. Certification of compliance required; penalty for false statements.

The city manager may require employees having official responsibility for procurement transactions to annually submit a written certification that they complied with the provisions of this article. Any employee who knowingly makes a false statement on such a certification shall be punished as provided in section 3-3-129. (Ord. No. 4004, 6/13/98, Sec. 29)
