§ 5-2-11. Permit for removal of line stones, etc.

No person shall disturb, remove or deface any line stones, pins or stakes defining the lines of streets or lots in the city without having first obtained a written permit from the director of transportation and environmental services. (Code 1963, Sec. 33-12)
