§ 5-2-22. Barbed-wire fences.

No person shall construct or maintain a barbed-wire fence adjacent to any street, public alley or court line within the city. Each day that any such fence remains, after 10 days' notice in writing to remove it, shall constitute a separate offense. (Code 1963, Sec. 33-23)
