§ 5-2-28. Fires on paved streets.

No person shall set on fire or burn any garbage, ashes, trash, leaves or any other material of any kind on any public paved or hard surfaced sidewalk, curb, gutter, street or alley. The police department shall enforce this section. (Code 1963, Sec. 33-29)
