§ 5-2-89. Duty of owners.

Whenever any principal building shall be erected, or located in the city after February 24, 1953, in order to preserve the continuity and uniformity of the numbering system and numbers of buildings and properties, it shall be the duty of the owner to procure the correct number, as designated, from the city manager and immediately to fasten the number upon the building.
