§ 5-2-93. Penalties.

The violation of section 5-2-92 shall be punished, for a first offense, by a fine of $25 and, for each subsequent offense committed within a period of 12 months, by a fine not to exceed $100. (Ord. No. 3390, 6/17/89, Sec. 2)
