§ 5-3-24. Same—noncompliance; disconnection of customer service.

Whenever customer utility service has not been installed underground or the affected property is not ready to receive underground service in compliance with the ordinance enacted pursuant to section 5-3-22, the public service company furnishing service to said property is authorized to disconnect the service until such time as the affected property is in compliance.
