§ 5-3-27. Variance or waiver of provisions of article.

Latest version.

The city council may permit less than full compliance with or waive the provisions of this article for good cause shown, provided:

(1)

written application is made;

(2)

a public hearing is held; and

(3)

the decision is made by a majority vote of the entire membership of city council. (Code 1963, Sec. 39A-13)
