§ 5-4-3.1. Same—erosion impact source area.

Notwithstanding any contrary provision of this chapter, it shall be unlawful for any property owner to fail, neglect or refuse to implement an erosion and sediment control plan, approved by the director, and within such reasonable time as the director shall specify, for any land designated by the director as an erosion impact source area.
