§ 5-6-127. Alternative methods.

(a)

Technology and methods, other than those set forth in sections 5-6-123 through 5-6-125, may be permitted by the authority; provided, that the technology or method meets the minimum performance standards established by the authority.

(b)

Biological or chemical treatment agents. Biological or chemical treatment agents for the separation, emulsification and/or removal of grease, fats and oils are prohibited, unless a written authorization has been obtained from the authority. (Ord. No. 4501, 10/13/07, Sec. 1)
