§ 5-7-1. Swine prohibited.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to keep or allow to be kept any swine within the city.

(b)

Violations of this section shall be punished by a fine of not less than $5 and not more than $10. Each day a violation exists or continues shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. (Code 1963, Sec. 4-1)
