§ 5-7-55. Same—transmittal of funds to director of finance.

All persons responsible for the issuance of dog and cat licenses and the collection of license taxes shall keep accurate records and shall transmit all funds collected to the director of finance at least every 30 days. (Ord. No. 4520, 2/23/08, Sec. 1)
