§ 5-8-160. Purpose and scope of article.

(a)

The purpose of this article is to facilitate the safe and expeditious movement of all road users along, and to ensure the ability of emergency services vehicle to move without delay on the public streets of the city.

(b)

This article shall apply to all public streets in the city.
