§ 6-4-2. Application for permit for special events and parades.

Each applicant for a permit required by this chapter shall file a written application with the city manager or his designee requesting permission to hold a special event in accordance with the Special Events Policies and Procedures or equivalent policy in place at the time of filing of the application.

The application shall be processed in accordance with the guidelines and provisions in the Special Events Policies and Procedures or equivalent policy in place at the time of approval of the permit. (Ord. No. 5184, 12/15/18, Sec. 1)
