§ 6-4-8. Penalty for violation of article.

Any person violating any provision of this article shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than $300 or imprisonment in the city jail for a period not to exceed 30 days or by both such fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court.
