§ 9-10-9. Penalties.

Any person who willfully and knowingly violates or causes to be violated any provision of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $100 or no more than $500 or to be imprisoned in the Alexandria Correctional Center for not more than six months, or both.
