§ 9-10-22. Certificate of registration—required.

It shall be unlawful for any solicitor, canvasser or peddler as defined in section 9-10-21 to engage in such business or act within the meaning and application of this article within the corporate limits of the city without first obtaining and possessing a valid certificate therefor in compliance with the provisions of this article.
