§ 9-11-2. Sense of citizens.

In view of the results noted in section 9-11-1 above, the city council is of the opinion that it is the sense of the citizens of the City of Alexandria, Virginia that Sunday closing laws are not necessary in Alexandria and by this section expresses that sense.
