§ 9-14-3. Removal.

(a)

If the publication can be located, the distributor thereof shall remove any publication delivered in violation of section 9-14-2(b)(2) within 24 hours following notice and demand by the owner or occupant of the premises.

(b)

If the publication can be located, the distributor thereof shall remove any publication delivered in violation of section 9-14-2(b)(2) within 24 hours following notice and demand by the city manager or designee.

(c)
