§ 9-15-7. Permits and licenses required.

Latest version.

The following permits and licenses shall be required for all food trucks:

A.

Food truck permit as required pursuant to this title 9, chapter 15 of this code.

B.

Business license as required pursuant to title 9, chapter 1 of this code.

C.

Health permit as required by title 11, chapter 2 of this code.

D.
