§ 9-3-150. Performance evaluation.
(a)
The city may, at its discretion, hold performance evaluation sessions, which shall be held no more frequently than once every 12 months. All such evaluation sessions shall be open to the public.
(b)
Topics that may be discussed at an evaluation session shall relate to franchisee's compliance with this chapter and a franchise agreement, and may include, but are not limited to, cable system performance and construction, customer service and complaint response, subscriber privacy, services provided, programming offered, service rate structures, franchise fees, penalties, free or discounted services, applications of new technologies, judicial and FCC filings, and line extensions.
(c)
During the review and evaluation by the city, a franchisee shall cooperate with the city and shall provide such information and documents as the city may need to reasonably perform its review. (Ord. No. 4738, 10/15/11, Sec. 1)
