§ 9-3-353. Prohibition of ownership by city employees.

Persons employed by the city who are involved in the administration or enforcement of this chapter and members of their immediate families shall not own any individual or joint interest, control or holding, direct or indirect, in a franchisee in the form of shares of stock, notes or other indebtedness, in trust or otherwise. The prohibition of this section shall also apply to members of the city council, the city attorney and members of their immediate families. (Ord. No. 4738, 10/15/11, Sec. 1)
