§ 9-6-10. Penalties.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter or violating the terms and conditions of a permit granted pursuant to this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $500 or by imprisonment not exceeding six months, or both.
