§ 9-6-6. Revocation of permit.

Any violation of one or more of the requirements of this chapter or any violation of one or more of the terms and conditions of a permit issued hereunder shall be grounds for immediate revocation of the permit by the city manager or his designee. Upon revocation of the permit, the permittee shall immediately terminate the concert and provide for the orderly dispersal of those in attendance. (Code 1963, Sec. 9C-6)
