§ 9-7-9. Enjoining violations by retail dealers.

The circuit court of the city shall have jurisdiction in equity to enjoin the habitual, continued or repeated violation of any provision of this chapter by any retail dealer. Petitions for such relief may be filed by any person injured or damaged by such violation. (Code 1963, Sec. 12-21; Ord. No. 3930, 6/14/97, Sec. 4)
