§ 9-8-32. Permit required.

Effective July 1, 1981, no person shall engage in the activities of a dealer as defined in section 9-8-31 without first obtaining a permit from the chief of police. Appeals from the decision of the chief of police to deny an application for a permit shall be made in accordance with section 9-8-39 of this article. (Ord.
